MK Decision (MK), a California FinTech company offering digital account opening and loan origination, has partnered with Citizens Alliance Bank, a $934 million-asset community bank in Minnesota and Montana, for consumer credit cards. After being introduced by ICBA Bancard, the payments subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), Citizens Alliance Bank was confident in MK’s vetted Credit Card Origination System (CCOS) and looked to offer their customers a mobile-first onboarding experience for credit cards.

To stay relevant in the competitive credit card landscape, Citizens Alliance Bank needed to launch an application on their website to penetrate new markets and serve customers digitally. With branches in thirteen different locations, Citizens Alliance Bank leveraged MK’s platform to reach a broader audience for their credit card program.

By implementing CCOS, Citizens Alliance Bank now offers their customers an online Store to browse, shop, and apply for their preferred card. The applicant utilizes Checkout for an intuitive application process with electronic Signatures, automated Messaging on status updates, and digital Documents. With MK onboarding customers digitally, Citizens Alliance Bank can grow its acquisition in-branch or from the comfort of their customers' homes.
