Client Success Managers are the first point of contact for customer implementation questions, training, and relationship development. Client Success Managers use system knowledge, project management, and their personable nature to manage relationships and projects. Client Success Managers grow and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure continuous satisfaction.

In this cross functional role, you will collaborate with product development experts to deliver mission critical features powering MK’s lending programs.

Qualifications

  • Located in San Diego
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CMS) system to track sales leads
  • Tenacity and drive to help our top customers find success
  • Experience at a growth stage internet or software company
  • Experience in a customer-facing role working with high-growth technology companies
  • Will be easily accessible to our customers

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every customer receives MK’s world class service regardless of size
  • Maintain every aspect of existing and new customers’ interaction with our company
  • Respond quickly and effectively to internal and external communication
  • Understand and communicate MK’s products, services, and use cases
  • Maintain meticulous notes and tracking action items while on customer presentations via video conferencing
  • Interface with existing customers to ensure MK’s products meet their needs
  • Support MK’s Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the implementation process across a variety of different loan types from personal and business credit cards to personal and indirect loans
  • Run major product launches and sustained product momentum campaigns
  • Assist in on-boarding customer employees to MK’s systems
  • Increase key decision makers, executives, and other lending officers relationships
  • Collaborate with MK’s marketing team to develop segmented email marketing campaigns to your accounts
  • Collaborate with MK’s marketing team to make sure our product marketing is effective and speaking to our customer
  • Collaborate with MK’s marketing team to improve our customer personas based on your experience dealing with customers
  • Collaborate with MK’s executive team as well as senior product and engineering leaders on customer implementation projects and new products that have product market fit
  • Maintain excellent quality of customer data in MK Decisions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
