Our Sales team combines industry knowledge, software expertise, and superior customer service to ensure each partnership is successful. The Sales team works with executives, product managers, and clients throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.
You will be responsible for the growth and retention of MK’s clients. The Sales Representatives identify opportunities for our clients to get the most out of MK by quickly understanding our clients’ needs, managing upsell and renewal opportunities, and driving end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of MK’s offering. The Sales Rep must learn to be an expert of our products, and be able to effectively communicate about those products with our clients.
