Job Description
Our Sales team combines industry knowledge, software expertise, and superior customer service to ensure each partnership is successful. The Sales team works with executives, project managers, and customers throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.
You will be responsible for the growth and retention of MK’s customers. The Sales Lead will understand our customers’ needs to identify opportunities to upsell, renew, and drive end-to-end campaigns to increase the adoption of MK’s offering. The Sales Rep must be an expert on MK’s products, and effectively communicate our solutions to prospective customers.
